Plus, all the details like candles, fountains, bubble and fog machines, garland, and centerpiece items. Plus, so much more.

Mobile & Portable Bars

Everyone will remember your event with our Mobile or Portable bars. Plus, you will save time and money. Let us assist you with creating a bar menu and shopping list for alcohol/non alcohol items. Add on separately 1 or 2 TIPS certified Bartenders or Servers, and decor to match your event.

Ceremony

Have that ceremony to remember for a lifetime. Fun fact a HUGE pet peeve of mine… officiants who photo bomb the first kiss and ruin what could have been a gorgeous picture! We will always be sure to stay out of the photo of your first kiss!

Affinity understands how stressful planning a wedding or event can be. We wanted to find a way to make things as easy and inexpensive as possible. We saw that so many people were buying a ton of items for their wedding or event just to try to sell the items after. Many times they were stuck with most of it. We found a way to solve that problem! Why buy when you can rent?

We have over 500 items available to rent. Everything from vases, garland, backdrops, to neon signs and our most popular hedge-wall.

Most frequent questions and answers

Is there a delviery fee ?

You might notice “shipping or delivery charges” those are our travel fees. At select times throughout the year we wave the fee for under 30 miles radius from Fremont, OH. You must enter the coupon code and be eligible.

Under 30 miles travel fees:

Arches, Backdrops, Bartenders, Servers, Decor items $25 per order

Mobile, and Portable bar $50 per order

Order will adjust to the larger fee.

30- 50 miles travel fees:

Arches $25 per order

Backdrop, Bartenders, Servers, Decor items $50 per order

Mobile and Portable Bar $75 per order

Order will adjust to the larger fee.

Each additional order will have additional fees. Save money and order everything together.

Checkout will ask for location of event. If there are two locations then you will need to separate items per location.

Do Bartenders come with the Bars?

The quick answer is no. However, we do offer bartenders and servers as an additional rental. Depending on how many guests you will be having will depend on how many you will need.

Do you set up and tear down?

Yes, our Arches, Backdrops, and Bars all include set-up and tear down.
